At NüDH Body Bar, I make every effort to give my visitors a fair, valuable and beneficial experience. I believe that my policies do just that. Read about them below and contact me with any questions you may have.

• RETURN & REFUND POLICY

   I will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached & accompanied by a valid receipt. Upon return or exchange, your name, address, phone number and signature will be required for auditing purposes. I DO NOT offer refunds. 

  Body Gloves, Butt lifters, extenders, back shaper, postpartum belly wrap and waist trainers are final sale. No returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes.

  I offer a FREE sizing service to help ensure you get the best fit with my products.

CANCELLATION POLICY: **ALL deposits/fees are non-refundable but can be transferred or rescheduled to appointments booked within 14 days.** **Full package payments are non-refundable** LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period from the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late then your appointment will be cancelled. *If a package was purchased, the remaining sessions will be voided & a new purchase will need to be made.

* RESCHEDULING POLICY: NüDH Body Bar offers 1 complimentary (less than 24 hour) reschedule. If something unexpected comes up in less than 24 hours, please contact directly. If you are unable to make it to your rescheduled appointment your service will be cancelled & a new booking/deposit will need to be made. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance? Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable on rescheduled appointments if booked within 14 days from original appointment. Rescheduling can be done through here. *If a package deal was purchased, your remaining sessions will be cancelled & a new booking /payment will need to be made.

* NO GUESTS due to CDC Guidelines:

No guests are allowed during your appointment.
